Please read through the Terms of Service and Refunding Policies in full By purchasing anything from me, you agree with my terms of service.

How to contact me

· You can send a private message to me on social media (@realmofrhine)
· I may not reply to messages and inquiries during weekends, if that’s the case please wait for a reply on Monday.

General Information
· I reserve the right to accept or refuse any commission
· Commissioners will be notified of updates through email or social media if anything considerably delays my work, such as illness, computer issues, life problems, etc.
· Please feel free to contact me with comments, questions, or concerns.

Payment and Process
· International: Paypal. Clients should provide an email for invoices or send payment with my email: [email protected]
· Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
· I will only begin commission work after I receive the upfront payment.
· After payment is done and we’ve already discussed format and you give me the references needed I will send a draft of your commission and will ask for any modifications and changes you might want to do. You are free to request any changes during this time. After this I’ll be showing you each step of the commission (lineart, color, etc.) But please try to ask for major changes only in the sketch phase! If you want to make big changes after that I may ask for additional fees.
· Once you’re happy with the work and payment is completed I’ll send you the digital files needed in PNG and proper resolution if it’s needed for printing.

Ownership, Usage and Copyright

YOU CAN
· Upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels as long as I am credited (tagging me is always appreciated)
· Print a commission made for you under the condition of being ONLY for personal use (to be framed, as a print or sticker)

YOU CANNOT
· Claim it as your own work, remove my signature/watermark, sell it.
· Make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)If you are interested in commissioning me for commercial use (merch, character design, conceptual art, etc.), please contact me and we can discuss an arrangement. Additional fees may apply.· I have full rights over my artwork.
· I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork in my portfolio.
· I may upload videos or pictures of the work in progress of the commission to my social media. If it needs to be a secret or you wish for me to wait until you publish the work please let me know! If you do not want your art to be displayed, please talk to me beforehand.

Cancellations and Refund Policy
· If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund
· If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
· If the commission has already been started and in the sketching stage, you can get a 50% refund.
· If the commission is in any other stage, you cannot receive a refund at all.
· If you want to stop the commission and ask for a refund, contact me first before trying to file any chargebacks. I will offer a manual refund instead.
